Anything you would catch in the bay. Salmon, rainbow and all that fun stuff

Ice is really good 9 inches follow the group around the sound. A friend Gary posts a lot of fish ice fishing there. Looks like mostly rainbows. Bite is on good luck out there

Went out myself this afternoon. Was a pretty slow day. Had a few fish mill around on the sonar, but no takers. Better than a day at work.

Out on the harbour ice yesterday, marked a couple over several hours. No hits, walked off the ice late afternoon to find six inches of water covering the ice by the shoreline. Found a couple of open holes with water bubbling up through the ice so be prepared for ever changing ice conditions. Thickness is anywhere from the 6-9 inches of solid ice once you walk out into the harbour. Wind was crazy, live minnows might have changed my luck while fishing the Bay, not sure where to buy minnows in the Owen Sound area..

Pretty wicked when a big chromer smashes your rig in 80 fow and screams around . It gets the heart pumping. Let's pray for ice in the hole.

Was out yesterday and it was slow. Good ice in the harbour and out a bit from the wall. Not sure how long it's going to last with the warm weather in the forecast.
