If you use common sense with your Quad you shouldn't get stuck. They go through a lot but deep snow sometimes will get ya. Driving on previous tracks will get you further than making your own.

Simcoe can get really slushy and fast especially as the warmer weather comes so watch for the drifts and any wet spots. Also make sure if you are in allot of deep snow you clear your radiator as overeating can be issues with that sticky wet snow and warmer days, we had some overheating issues last year.

Welcome to the quading on ice! I usually also bring two 2 foot pieces of wood (or longer) in case you need to pass any pressure cracks.

When thrillhouse and i have his quad out we bring the trifold ramp from the truck and sfrap it to the rack for crossing cracks or even getting out of the slush.

That's a great idea!
