Had the same issue this year on Xmas day. I'm using a borrowed one man and almost died dragging it out in the same spot. Smitty all the way! I built this one to fit my 56" sled on top or my 1 man flip over. With the sled i have a cover so all the stuff stays dry and clean.

Nice looking smitty. But I think the weight of it may be a problem.

Here is mine made out of ABS pipe. Light and strong.

I realize that ABS pipe is lighter than wood, looking at the pic, how easy is it to take apart to put in your vehicle, are it doesn't due to it being glued together?
