I like to make some breaded chicken or veal sandwiches for lunches. Fruit and jerky is good for snacks My son also brought out some Cliff bars which were good.

Always seems that when I'm into a bite of a really good sandwich that I get a fish on!!!

This list used to just be a tin of SKOAL straight long cut and a litre of water. Now I take a couple nature valley bars and some jerky. I also like to have some hard candy like jolly ranchers or wine gums.

I miss that SKOAL though. like a lot.

Ahhh, having he Skoal is a must on my boat at all times. The price is ridiculous for a can now... $24 bux last fall when I bought the last can of the season.

I really miss the Cherry Skoal more than anything! Since Ontario is a nanny state, its been banned.

If anyone is hitting the US and has the space to bring me home a log of cherry, Id be very grateful!

Aren't those illegal now? LOL and if I bring a sandwich those are the kind I bring. You don't have to refrigerate them and it doesn't matter when they get stepped on as they still look the same

I like going to dock side restaraunts. There's one in the 1000 Islands that even has valet service. We went to that one a lot when we boated there. That was soooo cool.

Nothing like tying up, going in for a good meal and a beer or two, using the facilities and heading back out. No mess, no prep, no clogged bilge pumps.

Well, I will never snack on a large double-double and a bran muffin in a boat again, especially before consuming some nice habanero chili from the thermos.

Let's just say there may have been an incident around Adolphustown one year ...........moving right along, and speaking of 'incidents' I really wish I knew about the 'no bananas in the boat' thing before my buddy and I needed a 4 hr rescue from the coast guard 2 yrs ago. Yes we ate bananas in the boat because some nimrod from that town I just mentioned suggested they have a nice constipating effect for long boat rides O.O
Then something awful blew in the engine and we were done for....

still - good times.
