Fished for 4 and a half hours (from 6:00AM to 10:30AM). Landed 2 lakers, and brought one home :-) Lots of boats on water....

Those are awesome fish.

I will be bringing my boat up Monday for the first time to try for LT and WF. Wondering if could give a couple pointers. Not where as I didn't believe in giving out that info just how do you fish the troll or vertical jig. I jig for walleye at home with great results but I also drag worm harassed with about the same results.

Thanks

I was not trolling, and I was not jigging, either. I put my lure/bait anywhere between 20 to 40 feet off bottom, and literally wait for laker to come up to my bait, and then start reeling in, and play the fish-chasing-my-lure/bait game, until he/she commits the suicide:-)

I think it's 3 weeks after OUR last laker on ice on Sunday April 22 from that lake in Muskoka area:-)
