Scernario; You get to your cottage Friday night , you get up early Saturday morning to go fishing and you remember that your licence HO HO You don't have it on you ...no problem at this cottage you have internet and you have a printer I'll get one on line... but unfortunately you cannot get a licence because the system say .....WE DETECT......
You cannot get a licence on line unassisted if you don't have your card on Saturday or Sunday or after 5 pm any week days
