> lake couchiching pike, jerk baits?

im going to focus on perch and pike fishing this year and im not the best pike fisherman so im wondering if 3-4 inch jerkbaits would do me any good. am i heading in the right direction?

Depends what time of season. It's a pike, they'll hit a shoe with trebles in it.
Can't got wrong with any minnow baits, no live bait needed.

dollarramma fire tiger 4" soft bait cheap but work great . but my pb 21.3 lb on couch was with a 4" dead goldie minnow that had already caught me one pike.

i find swim baits work well and big lipless crank baits and 6-10 xd cranks but honestly they'll eat anything they want sticks, shoes, 2 inch perch minnows they all work
