> crazy spring, how will it affect perch behavior

this spring has been crazy and im wondering how it will affect perch fishing. do you think it will improve or become harder to catch perch by the time the boats can actually get out

My opinion is that it will not make any difference.
Perch behavior is based on water temperature.

Fish spawn at a certain temperature. So once it warms up they will just be a little late.

daylight hours come into play as well, but overall success is when all factors line up pefectly

ice effect water temps clearly, so perch will be at least 4 weeks behind
