Finally had a break from work this winter so i had a chance to make it to simcoe with some family and friends. After a 3.5 hour drive and about an hours hike from shore we were fishing around 8:30-9am. Action was fairly decent all morning with lots of sorting. Packed up by 2 to give us time for the walk back in, the drive back home and save some time to clean fish. Good day with great people and some nice jumbos thrown into the mix. Each of us keeping enough fish for a couple good feeds. Cant beat that👍

Lol yes the whole group is. Most times we spend the night but this was a day trip. All part of the experience, lots of stories and laughs the whole way.
