I don't have a current update but I was there last Friday and it was open water in the main lake. The bays were iced up but did not check the ice thickness.

It shouldn't be long now...

My buddy works up on bigwin,

says about 8" of ice on port cunnington

shacks on haystack bay

I know he was catching lakers before the new year, just catch and release though.

I fished Lake of Bays on the 1st. The area I was in had 6 inches of good ice and about 3 inches of snow on the ice.
