Resorted to my stash of dead minnows and spoon which proved successful.
You may need to call around.

Count your minnows. I ordered 5 dozen got 4. I went back and he provided missing minnows. This happened last year as well.

I noticed that Billy Bob's has it's business up for sale.
Here's the listing https://www.royallepage.ca/en/property/onta...1470/mls109812/
It also includes a commercial license for 10 ice huts

Interesting.... tons of spelling errors in that ad.

If you don't mind me asking, how much is it for a pound of minnows?

Not sure exactly on price but Joe is a superb dude and will not rip you off, I can guarantee you that!

Billy Bob's has been for sale on and off for a few years now, basically since they did that construction in front of his business and nearly closed him down.

$25/lb for shiners and $35/lb for chubs if I recall correctly.

You save something like 50% by buying pounds vs dozens.
