I’m going to Tiny Marsh next Saturday for duck hunting. New to hunting, new to duck hunting. Anyone have any tips? Anyone else going out to Tony Marsh next Saturday new to hunting? I’m going out in my canoe and have 11 decoys set up on 2 jerk lines.

Good luck Fins. I am not a duck hunter so I can't be of any help.

Setup decoys in a v pattern, they also like to land into the wind. Make sure that you are well hidden and don't move as the birds come in. Late fall bird are very easy to spook .

If I'm not mistaken you have to buy a hunting license or duck hunting license from them directly to be able to hunt tiny marsh.

You are correct. You have to purchase a day pass. I think $20.00.

I think there is a good chance that you might find it frozen over OB
