Any tips? Renting a cottage up there for Canada Day Weekend.

How's the fishing any tips? What should I be targeting, etc etc.

Thanks.

I'd guess that you may need to be more specific on location...seems to me there is likely a lot of Silver Lakes.

If you mean 20 minutes south, it has Bass, Crappie, Perch, Stocked with Lake Trout.

A few very Big Pike that have worked their way up the marsh from Lake Joseph.

Nobody fishes it so you should do good.

Try trolling the shoreline on the north shore for the pike.

Anchor off the point to jig for trout

take a fishfinder.
the bottom is very up and down.

Might even be the odd Rainbow swimming around.

I considered going there for ice fishing but we have always ended up on Ross or Joe.
