What a day, lost 2 hearbreakers in a row and the fishing gods gave me one more try and I got her in the boat, I thought it was a musky at first but " big ugly" jumped up and I almost froze in its glory!! she went straight for my motor, not her first rodeo!! had her wrapped around once and got her back some how - also night mare netting too! practically tackled her in the boat. not a pretty smallie, looks like she fought off a musky, bet the musky is in bad shape!
Got a measurement of 22 inches and a weight of 6.2lbs. The pics dont do her justice, I cannot imagine a 8 lber.....!!!

She's a beaut! Sounds like it was a great fight, thanks for sharing. I can picture the Muskie bowing and letting her pass in the weedbeds

Great fish. The pics never seem to do those big bass justice. But what a warrior, you can tell by looking at it!

Do you live on the lake DB???? It seems like you have a post almost everyday with some type of BEAUTY attached to it whether it's a Bass or Muskie.
