Finally left the canoe home, and tried something different. An evening trying for some eyes. I found a couple of smallies instead Step-dad got into 3 decent fish, but we didn't get a look at any. 1st one turns out he ties crappy knots, and the next 2 just got off. After those 3 he finally landed a decent couple pound laker just before 10pm.
And no Walters

Funny looking pickerel that is. I'll be up in you're neighbourhood on Friday for picks - probably one lake south of the one you were on.

Don`t worry Drew I`m old school, I still use triangulation. I`m sure the picks will be biting but I`ll need to save the luck for the bass tourney on Saturday. There`s room in the boat Friday if you`re around, just make sure you bring your tackle box lol.
