Dbfish, can you give a little more detail to this problem and we'll see what can be done. Not sure if you are having a board issue or an iphone issue.

I have the iPhone and the way I post pics is through "Photobucket". Download photobucket and transfer them to the site. It's pretty easy.
Cheers!

Hey admin..with the apple stuff the "choose file" tab is blurred out... You can't hit the button with the iPhone or iPad..I usually email my pics from my phone to mysleft and put them up with the laptop, but the photobucket thing maybe easier and quicker though? And dbfish I would love to see some of these pics! I'm out in your neck of the woods enough and I'm sure I've seen ya out there!

Hey smiath,
Thank-you for the explanation. I have done some research and it appears the iPhone or iPad do not allow file uploads to websites using their safari browser. I went to the Apple forum for a solution and there is a way to turn on these features using apps. I started a new topic in this board about this issue, so we can resolve it.

Here is one solution to the iPad upload restrictions
(I think - I don't have one to test it out).

Photobucket for iPad

Use Photobucket on your iPad! The Photobucket app allows you to upload existing media from your iPad directly to your Photobucket albums.

After you upload your pics. Use the IMG tag and the URL of the image to add them to your post..

I will look for more solutions, as I know there is something better.

This app may be a solution as well "Safari Upload Enabler"
please note I have no way of testing these, so use at your own risk.

Safari Upload Enabler ($1.99, USD):
[Cydia Description] The [app] enables native file uploads in Mobile Safari. Ever wanted to upload a file on a wepage, maybe on some web mail page using Safari on your iPhone or iPad. It doesn't work because Apple disallowed file uploads from inside Safari. Safari Upload Enabler brings you this missing capability. It comes with a file and photo/video picker allowing you to upload files like on your desktop computer.

Hey Admin.
Like I said I use Photobucket. Just like you said in your post, it's very easy, and free.
Cheers!

Hey Admin,
This may be a little off topic but looking for some assistance with my IPAD when using this site. Even though I checked the box to remember my user name and password, it still prompts me to fill them in each and every time. I even have to log in again each time i go to a new thread. Each time i change threads, I have to log in again if i wish to have member privileges such as viewing photos or posting. When i access the site from a regular computer i have no issues. Do you know if its something with my settings or just something unique to IPADS??? Feeling Frustrated.

I know nothing about IPads. That said, try clearing the cache; it may be corrupt.
