Hi Idub

I few years back before I bought my boat I rented one from Darren (Sunbeam
bungalows).
We were staying at friends cottage near by and you had too park the boat stern towards the lake because of a rocky shore.

Well one night Lady Nipp. decided she was going to blow and I went down to check how things were. The boat was fairing ok but I was concerned the motor was still pointed down.

So I hopped in to tilt her up and the waves started coming into the spillway.
Before I new it she was on the bottom.

Went to see Darren the next day with pictures and he and some friends were able to float the boat and pump her out.The motor wouldn't start because it was almost submerged over night.

Darren brought over a new boat and motor for me to use told me he his mechanic was coming to winterize the motors for winter and would let me know the cost.

So it ended up $60 for new plugs and dry out and $40 to his two friends for they help.

Ever since then Darren and Sarah have my business.

Just thought I share with you.

Cheers Fatrap, more pic's to come

Sunbeams right in callendar if I'am not mistaken. I checked it out when I was up there this summer, seemed to be a pretty decent setup, and they certainly treated you right, thanks for the response and keep the pics comming.
