Me to but this year I will have to buy my Daughter a License. Truely I am happy at 16 she still wants to fish with her old Dad and Grandfather.

I was happy to have some fall fun with her also this year.

She has a great streak of 3 openers catching some awesome Browns also.

I believe your good until she is 18 before she needs to buy a licence. Only need a licence if your between 18 and 65.. 65 and up you don't need one.. under 18 you don't need one. Both are allowed a regular sportfishing limit

Lots of open water to fish before opener with yearvround seasons. Fish tend to be much fresher as well.

Why is there always some one who criitcizes the taking of "Legal" fish Congrats Dan on two beauty eaters and one for the smoker and perhaps some spawn for the upcoming season..Those of you that don't know Dan should be informed he releases more bows than most people catch in their life time .. Have found most of our critics are those who wish they could catch fish..

Would be nice if the season was closed everywhere dec 31st except on rivers that are heavily stocked. Banning roe for bait would really go a long way towards helping preserve our steelhead runs IMO. Would take a lot to stop the decline in population but those 2 changes would help for sure.

There will always be people that will criticize others for keeping legally caught fish. What I find amusing is that they come online and criticize people but in person they keep their mouths shut cause they know they'll get a broken nose. I am not saying that breaking someone nose is the right thing to do but some people needs to get their a$$es whooped from time to time.
