We put a good dent in the scotch, and a smaller dent in the West Arm pike population. Two keepers for din ner last night. Three jumbo perch as well, though they had parasites in the tail so they went back in the lake.

Trip is over now.

Most of us are still working for a living, but on a happier note, One of our party received a field promotion to the rank of Ambassador of Both Kinds of Bacon. Side and Back. Home brined and aggressively smoked, thick sliced, fried until gnarly, then re-fried in a goodly quantity of maple syrup. Damn near as tasty as Two Pike.

Hmmmm.... that could be a good Canadian rapper name.

All in all, a memorable trip, particularly the bit about how the reports stopped after the scotch was opened. Lol

Cheers, and keep the discussions and pics going until they pull the huts off the ice so I have something to read on the train.
