Could it be? Have the fish finally grown up?

Overdue report but I made it out onto the lake (again) about 10 days ago and same result as the trip before.

Lines in 7am - 10am. Almost 20 fish boated, 3 keepers, 18.5, 18.5, 19.

No junk fish, just walleye.

Great results Sterling.
We're finally seeing the accumulative results of the regulation changes put in place in May 2014.
The OMNRF knew from studying the lake's walleye growth model that we'd get to this point 3 plus years down the road.
The challenge now is to sustain this recovery, allow reasonable angling opportunities to catch and keep fish.....but at the same time protect the now growing population of healthy, productive spawners that anglers such as yourself are seeing in increasing numbers.

Haha I know Chevy, it was not an easy post to write but I think either scenario is going to increase the take home, hopefully
