New resident to North Bay( moved here in the fall). I was just wondering where the closest public lake access to Deepwater Point would be? I have fished Callander Bay and Sunset but would like to try another spot. I've been using my quad so I would like to access on the south side if it's possible. I'm happy to have found this forum, seems like a great group of guys. TIA and Happy Fishing!

Anyone know what the crossing is like with the warmer days? Any pressure cracks out further or is it pretty good...

There were no pressure cracks as of Sunday when I left, but of course, be cautious, the warmer weather can change things in a hurry.

That ramp was getting pretty chewed up, but it's still usable, just be careful, theres some good size holes right at the start of it.

There is a river/creek that feed into the lake right there making the ice getting on iffy at times.
