Hoping to go Fri. Looking for partner. My usual buddy HAD to go to Mexico. Not his idea---family obligation!

I have a pop-up but prefer to fish in the open if it's not too nasty. I'm a walker.

Where do you live. The forecast is fairly clear here in Wasaga and in Pt Carling.

Apparently you need to make a few more posts before you are allowed to receive PMs.

Didn't do well at all. Marked just a few. I just had 3-4 bites/nibbles, caught 1. Didn't see any others catching either---there were 4 more people.

Itís wild. That bay seems to have shut right off lately. Have to send DB that way and see if he can use his magic!

We're heading to Rosseau to fish Wed. and Thursday. Since we are walking out I was wondering if there is slush under all that snow right now or if its just the deep snow we will be contending with? We'll be accessing the lake from the south end . Any info you folks could provide on snow/ice conditions would be greatly appreciated. We had a lot of snow down here in Cambridge the few days and I'm assuming its been the same up there?

Just a little water/slush on Fri. With more snow and more weight on the ice the slush will increase a bit but prob not too much as the ice is quite thick now.
