How many feet of water were you guys fishing in? I've always fished around the bewdley area and never found as much success as I am seeing in these pictures. Getting 1-3 fish is a good day for me.

7 to 13 feet of water when trolling. Earlier in the year it is before weed growth accelerates under 10 is good. Later, when thick, just get the weed edges in 10+ feet. Victor spoons never let me down.Good luck !

Nice outing Dale! You running any weight with those spoons or just the Victor spoons tipped with worms?

I add a medium sized split shot at the 18 inch mark and one at 24 inch mark ( all lengths are approximate as I am a fisherman and tend to exaggerate ).

This will allow bumping into weed growth and still have time for fish to react to the upcoming spinner and worm.

Good luck out there !!
