Wow, smoked pike? I've never tried smoking one before... usually just trout and salmon.

How is it? Do you put it in a brine and dry before smoking? What wood are you using?

I'd love to try that.

On this one I used a smoking powder from Scandinavia......but you can use anything really.....not put in a brine......cleaned and straight on to my makeshift smoker......two cookie sheets ....one flipped upside down on top of the other with a rack on the bottom cookie sheet.....add the smoke powder and put on the BBQ.....left them on there for 25 minutes and came out tasting like candy.
