Sorry Guys and Gals, not a Fishing Topic BUT a SHOUT OUT to the SPACE X TEAM on the Successful Launch of FALCON HEAVY. Sure Hope Elon Musk's Tesla Loves Orbiting Near Mars. WOW, Pretty Exciting Stuff. Even the Boosters Returned and Landed on a Dime. Probably the Greatest Engineering Milestone in Decades. Love it

It is an incredible feat of engineering. I'm amazed when the booster rockets land, Flash Gordon would be proud.

I read that the car over shot mars. I watched it live with my 3 yr old son and he was amazed watching the " spaceship" fly .

Yup it over shoot Mars orbit by far, too much gas..lol
The third booster was to land on a platform in the ocean.. Unfortunately it landed going over 300 miles an hour and it was completely destroyed..

I've been following all of the space programs for a long time.

I must say that Musk has been going forward in leaps and bounds. Especially for a company in it's infancy. Sure the car missed the intended orbit and 1 of the boosters didn't land as planned but I call it a great success. Trial and error is what we learn from.

Falcon Heavy was fantastic IMO. I think we'll see a lot of great things in the near future.
