Heading out this weirdo for my first trip to simcoe. Probably launching from V Virginia beach as well this will be my first time actually targeting perch. Have caught boat loads just never game planes for them. Will have a boat full of kids who will be do most of the fishing but still my first time out this year.

Great; Your getting a bunch of future outdoors persons out for a fish

Simple let the kids catch all the fish , easy tackle , bucket of shiners ,split shot #6 hook and spring or slip floats depending on water depth ..

When I take out a group I don't fish , too busy baiting, untangling and hopefully unhooking fish ..

Have a great one ..remember ..patience is a virtue ...
