How long would he have to fight it while his buddy made the hole bigger? Awesome fish!

The catch of a lifetime, and bragging rights for life! Lmao
What a tank, couldn't imagine the sound of a drag peeling on her runs.

You'd need a baseball bat to get the smile off my face. That's an awesome catch and pic.

Beautiful fish! Well done.

Having said the above, is it legal to take a picture of an out of season fish (I'm assuming it is out of season)?

I seem to recall something from this or another Forum or an article I read that you are not supposed to take pictures if the fish is out of season?

The regulations state the fish should be "immediately" released. If you take the time to take a picture, is that "immediate"? While the regulations say "immediate", "immediate" is not defined.

Can anyone clarify this? I'm just wondering, because if I caught something like that I would probably want my picture taken as well.

SD do you go over the speed limit at any time ?

There is no information given on when or where the picture was taken so we can even assume it was out of season so just enjoy the picture.

If and when you do catch a musky of that size take a picture and share with us and leave out the details.

The rules for immediate release is to make sure the fish goes back healthy so use common sense and have fun

Cheers
