Ice fishing Feb 3rd, Going to Nipissing

Merry Christmas All. Had a trip booked with Ice Bungalows for the 13th Jan Just pulled it back to the 3rd Feb. Just can't chance the ice for the 13th. Coming from Peterborough the 5 hrs just have top have good ice. So all of you that have booking for the 1st week Jan good luck I hope you get the cold weather that it is calling for. If up there on the 3rd the 12 of us will be in 2 of Denis's super bungalows so look us up for a coffee or a hot toddy. Both always on. Look for the gray/blue king ranch and that is were I will be.

We just got cancelle for the opener, but were assurd it will be good to go for 2nd week.

Look at the foreacst temps....it is cold up there.....witha couple of daus of milder, but even next week at least 3 dys of good ice making weather.

4 inches now.operation will begin with 6 inches of good ice.

We tried to get up there this week, but Jim got relly sick with that bug.

Now we are looking to go.......I mean we ARE heading up on th 9th for sure.

and I'm liking the forecast so far.
