Lol

The double Ds ...dbfish (Dale) and steelheader (Dave) ganged up on the perch on Thursday .... Dale has had some major surgery recently and I,ve had a few set backs recently so this pair of recuperating old guys pressed on for our annual perch quest...Dale was looking good and in fine form when it came to landing the yellow bellies ..
You said "OLD GUYS" so I am just quoting your words. A while ago Dale told me to get out there and fish when my shoulders hurt so bad that I could not really do anything. So I went fishing like he told me to. It hurt, but I kept fishing. Thank you Dale......... I am only 59 years old. Thank you to "ALL THE OLD GUYS" out there. You have better fishing tales, better pictures, better perspective, and some of those old fishing tales may be quite tall. LOL. Thank you to "ALL THE OLD GUYS" for inspiring me. You guys set a good example to follow. Keep the good advice coming to all of us that may look to you "OLD GUYS" for enlightenment.
ON a bright note ... Dale and I have birthdays back to back June 7th and me June 8th..tradition is we fish on one or the other together... mind you Dale has some catching up to do and for sure he,ll catch up ..

Here's to a good recovery, Dale. When somebody said that you were not fishing because of an operation I figured it must be serious to keep you away! Wow! I hope you are better in 'jig' time!
