2026 was a great hardwater season and has supported a Friday Fish Fry every week since the start of the season. Tonight's batch:
Between my son and i basically maintaining our possesion limits on perch and walleye all season and with some added pike, burbot and cisco we should be good for another 4 or 5 fry ups yet.

Wow, that looks great! All we have left in the freezer is a dozen crappie fillets. Can't wait to get back on the water for some fresh fish BBQs. Man that picture sure looks good, perfectly done.

My wife also being a staunch Roman Catholic loves the fish Fridays. This past season although not as good for perch still supplied some Fish Fridays starting late but making it to Easter. Cheers, tight lines til next season

Well wouldn't say i am anywhere close to staunch Catholic. I just pick the parts I like with fish Fridays being my favorite. They got that one right.
