So in other words you're technically not in compliance with the indicated flotation on the compliance card. Sink like a brick.

Since the manufacturer was not required by law to have foam in the boat, they might've used it for structural reasons.
Might want to call them and find out before deciding to use bubble wrap instead.

The inspiration ports were leaking so every time it rained or when the kids would get on it wet they would take in water sucks but lesson learned lol

You have me here(?).
What are "inspiration ports" and where are they located?

Why doesn't it need foam? Is it because it is longer than 6 m?

She's gonna fly. I had a boat a few years back that had some waterlogged foam. What a pain to remove but man do you notice a difference.

If you really want some flotation I recommend cutting up pool noodles and jamming them in the space. Just use the cheapo ones from the dollar store.

Either way congrats on finishing a really tough job 👍

Ok, learned something new. Can you seal any of those cavities shut permanently and call them air spaces.

You might be right about the foam for structur going to have a boat guy look at. As for the boat flying I hope so lol it would hit 50 mph before the 800 pounds were out but was hard to steer in the chop Iím assuming it was cause it was so back heavy should get another 5-4 mph out of it and should tow better since the foam all came out of the back half of the boat no foam past the cuddy should also stay on plane better to was hard to keep up under 25 mph taking it for a test run one night this week as long as I donít work to late every night lol fall everyone seems to want there trees down before the snow flys.as for pool noodles I had thought of that as they would be easy to remove if they got wet just want to make sure the foam is not needed for structure
