I'm still looking for my clam adapter, but everyone I have talked to is recommending or using the Milwaukee drill. That's about 20 people for the Milwaukee, but I'm sure the Dewalt would be okay was well. Just make sure its a lithium battery.

Another vote for milwaukee M18 Fuel (such as Model 2704-20 drill with up to 1,200 in-lbs torque) all the way. No question asked!:-)

I use the dewalt 20v max and it works well itís couple years old and not the new brushless version. Friend uses the Milwaukee m18 brushless and it puts mine to shame. Although I can imagine the newer brushless dewalt would be similar. Go with the better deal on price I say 🤷🏻‍♂️

Yup Milwaukee. Been using it for 2 years now with the clam adapter. Use only on speed level 1, for high torque and low speed and make sure it is not on hammer drill.

Iím in a simlair boat lol

Buy an electric auger or get a k-drill and have a hammer still for around the house, oh the options....

Anyone ever ordered or bought from the US? Prices seem better, but lord knows what customs/taxes/surprises your gunna get?

Thoughts?

I'd like to get a Mil too but there seem to be many models of 'hammer drills" and 'fuel'. It seems a bit like autos, what with last year's model etc. There is also something called the mud mixer.

I always put it in hammer drill mode. Why shouldn't? Thanks
