These didn't work today all that hit them were hammer handles - caught this one on a spinner bait I made last weekend - released to fight another day

Great post Antique Fisherman. Making your own tackle, then catching fish with them is truly a perfect pastime.
Made flies for trout before, both dry and wet, but never for other game fish.
Your post might get me started again.

You do a great job at making those lures. I've always said lures catch more fisherman then fish. And you caught me with this one.
