A few pop ups out yesterday. Tons of sleds and guys actually ripping across the lake which I thought was crazy. 6-8 inches anywhere we drilled. Got a few dink perch, couple incidental walleye. Nothing crazy but was nice just to get out.

I hate catching walleye on panfish lakes , the season is closed for a reason , if I catch 2 walleye in a spot I move immediately.to each their own but that's what myself and family do

Got out this weekend for a couple hrs with my 4 year old girl. Caught a couple small walleye and a couple perch. Kept the little one occupied for a bit. Ice measured anywhere between 10 to 12 inches. Lots of pop up huts out across the lake as well in the cameron area and a couple down in the goose bay area. A few permanent huts out in the pleasant point area and surprised to see a few down in the snug harbour river area. Hoping to get back up in a couple weeks with the family.
