My first question is: what are your plans for meals? If you're going to be doing your own cooking, my first suggestion would be Brennan Harbour Resort on Lake Huron's north shore near the town of Spanish. I've been there 3 times so far (I'm going back again in August. The fishing is excellent. I'm primarily after Smallies there, but the walleye fishing is excellent as well. I haven't heard anything thus far this year whether they are going to be having the American Plan or not (closed down the past 2 years because of Covid), but each cabin has a full kitchen though. Not a lot of "restaurants" in that area for eating "out" though. There's a ramp on the property where you can have your boat launched (if you're bringing one) or there's the town ramp a couple of miles (5 minutes) away and they're very willing to come with you to launch there and bring your vehicle back to the resort. Cabins are very comfortable. James and Casey are outstanding hosts and willing to do whatever to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
https://www.brennanharbour.com/If you're looking for the American Plan (or modified), then I would suggest Memquisit Lodge on the western arm of Nippissing. That lake is well known for it's walleye fishing. And the bass fishing is really good as well. I've been there twice in the past 3 years. They do have the American Plan, or you can modify it to 2 meals per day like I usually do. The cabins are really nice, I love cabin 6 on top of a rock right at the entrance to the harbour entrance (what a view!). Some cabins have kitchens, some don't. There's a ramp on the premises. Usually extremely quiet too being so out of the way. Just be aware when wandering around the resort at night that moose and black bear do visit on occasion....make some noise and bring a flashlight!!
https://www.memquisitlodge.net/3rd on the list would be Waterfalls Lodge, just north of Hwy 11 also near Spanish, ON. Very comfortable cabins, some with your own dock. Perfect for a couple. They also have the American Plan, and their chef is outstanding! You'll never leave the lodge still feeling hungry! There's also a ramp on the premises, and the docks have electricity to charging batteries. I can't speak for the walleye fishing personally because I only targeted smallies, but they were plentiful. There's also outlying lakes that are stocked with other species, (I believe at least one with specks). I caught an 8lb pike casting from the boat dock waiting for others in my group to get there so we could take the guided tour with the fishing guide of the big lake. Not very many cottages on the big lake so boat traffic is minimal. If you get one of the outpost lake trips, a boat is provided. Also, there's another lake just south of the main lodge that has some monster walleye, but that lake is catch and release only because that's where they get the breeders from for stocking the big lake.

If you have any questions about any of them, shoot me a PM.
