Just moose, egg and Italian bread crumbs best burgers ive made but venison comes in close second

I use 50% Ground Moose and 50% Lean ground Pork and use a seasoning made by Wild West Seasoning of Manitoba. It is sold by Cabelas but you can also order direct on line.

The seasoning is called: Sausage Seasoning, mild italian and comes in a plastic sealed bag about 5" X 5" it is 244 grams and does about 20 lbs of meat.

My whole family and all my friends all say it's the best burger they have ever tasted.

Just follow the recipe on the package
