Its been a while since I posted on this forum but really wanted to share this. Me and my buddy went up north (social distancing was done) and hit up some rivers and creeks on the sides of roads. This was something I always wanted to do and it did not disappoint. We found several deep pockets that all held fish, but the one u guys will see in the video was the best. We caught several brookies (a first for me) and had fun catching. I was able to pull out a couple 12 inches (approx) and many more smaller and wow what a amazing fish. Hands down best fishing experience I've had in a while. Hope u guys enjoy the video.

That looked like a lot of fun

Very happy to see that you wet your hands before handling these beautiful fish

on a side note, brook trout are a member of the Char species and spawn in the fall
