Yes we can't imagine what they gave for us.We complain about covid but most of us wouldn't be able to handle what they went through. We must always remember their sacrifice.Regards Alan

I had my moment while on the 401 while driving to Ingersoll. Pulled well off onto the shoulder with another driver in the van. I had my tearful moment of silence for my father (a WWII vet) and friends that I lost in Vietnam.
The second most painful piece of music to listen to was played over the radio....Last Post. It's very painful because of the significance of the meaning behind it. The only other piece that's more painful is Taps. I can never hold it together when either of them are played.

Rest in Peace, my fallen brothers and sisters.

Glad to see our 'fallen brothers & sisters' are very much remembered on this site.
We only go around once in life and they gave their life for us.
We'll never forget them.

Yes indeed, we remember.
My both granddads were WWII veterans and I keep some of their medals and will pass them to my son and his kids.

This one is for you and all the veterans suffering from PTSD.
