Fished from 6am until 3pm. Got outfished by two osprey. No keeper crappie today. Caught some big bluegill and let them go. That wind was insane thought I was going to fly away. Not one boat where I was everyone stayed home today. Here is my trophy bluegill picture LOL. Crank baits and lots of plastic for baits today.

Hey J. Sounds like you had a fun day except for the wind and no keepers. I love watching the Osprey crashing into the water, and they don't miss very often. If they're sitting on a branch or hydro pole over the water, not a good day to be a fish in very shallow water!!
Better luck next time bud. Stay safe!
As soon as I get my sonar situation completely working, I'll be on the water at Balsam myself.

Yes the osprey caught two nice fish each...two in the morning and then two more in the afternoon. When I see the osprey fishing I always catch fish...but today was skunked on fish size...oh well. Did you get a new toy for your boat Lionel.

Thanks for the report, CM. Still nice going despite for terrible weather Nice pictures, especially the osprey one. Magnificent bird. The weather is changing fast for the worst so the fish is shutting down. That's Spring fishing. Still good for you to be out . Good luck tomorrow!

Pulled the trigger on a Panoptics.
Congrats, Lionel! That's an awesome unit!
Thanks J. Once we get it going properly, I just know I'm going to have fun with that unit. waitng for Garmin to send me a cable that was not allowing the black box for the Live scope to communicate with the fish finder. Should be here on Tuesday.
