I wanna say there were tons, because that's what I expected, and that's what keeps people outta the good spots...but there were virtually none. Cool temps and swirling winds I guess...I couldn't believe it actually!

Thanks everyone for the kind comments. It's my favourite type of fishing, in the perfect setting, to chase brookies from a canoe. Can't beat it.
Sort of takes you back to a simpler time, no electronics needed, no motors or gasoline, no fancy equipment at all really, just a dozen worms and sometimes a little hard work to find the right spots.
