Looking to buy a new Ice Fish Finder. Trying to decide between 1) Marcum LX-7LI Lithium Combo, 2) Marcum MX-7 GPS Lithium Combo or 3) Ice Helix 7 Chirp GPS G3.
Any experience/advice with either unit is appreciated. Reasons why you like one vs the other etc. Thanks in advance for your help!

Helix gets my vote - I use a Helix 5. Get the XI 9 1521 ice transducer if it's not included. The XI 9 20 ice 'ducer doesn't do CHIRP.
Helix has both an ice flasher mode and a traditional sonar mode. it can also be moved to a boat or kayak in summer.
One Con will be battery life, but that will be the case with any 7" screen sonar. Just lower your brightness to 6 or 7 and you will extend your battery greatly.
