I talked to the owner of lakeview cottages. His boat ramp is still open. You pay at store no idea how much but ramp is open. As for the two docks. No trespassing both docks are now private property two different owners. No fishing. Taped off and signs posted. Here is a picture of the ramp.

And let us all remember that all along long beach road is private property. I have many friends there, and sometimes there are people who trespass to fish and leave garbage and cause damage. Let us all show respect to their private property and also give them space to fish off their docks in peace. It is regulation to give way to swimmers, scuba divers, snorkelers and fisherman on docks. RESPECT RESPECT GOOD MANNERS Sturgeon lake is a big lake. Let us not over crowd one side, there is fish every where. I am usually there this time of year to watch over things at night and I do have the proper phone numbers on speed dial to deal with people that are breaking the law. Anyone who fishes up there in the fall knows who I am. I always wear an orange jacket. They call me the gentle giant. I am nice to everyone unless they break the rules. I even check slot sizes and fish limits. If you are polite to people and explain the regulations to them they will comply. If not...that is when the POLICE and MNR take over.

Interesting....I've never used that ramp. I've always used the one behind The Landings Marina on the south side of the building next to the large docks. Is that one still open or has The Landings closed down?
