Fished Georgian Bay for a few hours on Monday and managed to bring home dinner. Wondering if a coho can have spots throughout the whole tail. Online search shows only the upper half of tail.

this is a rainbow, the inside of the mouth is white. coho have a black inside mouth.

A lot of people that don't know should take a look here, download it and print a colour copy of it put it in a plastic protector and stick it in your boat or tackle box.

Nice fish...looks the lower jaw kype is starting to develop so most likely a early fall river fish.
