So I'm just going to keep rolling with the ice reports but now that the season is open I'm going to be fishing at the same time. I'm going to try to squeeze in 5 minutes of fishing per day (for health reasons). Maybe If I'm lucky something will bite while I'm laying down the conditions on the lake. Stay with me and I'll keep you up to date.

Love the updates Koke! You need to make a couple of my handy-dandy hole-covers. Thick styrofoam from an old cooler (or some sheet insulation), thin ply for rigidity and robustness and to make a pivot flap, and some tuck tape to keep it water proof. Keeps holes open for at least 20 minutes in -20C if you bank them.

Loving it KM.. This is the third year in a row that I'm having sciatica / back issues and always it's been thru the Christmas holidays and into the new year..I've had to cancel one trip already and another one I'm afraid I will have to cancel as well 😢... So keep up the awesome work you do up there Koke. I'm laying on the couch waiting for the five minute fishing video and hoping you catch something today, possibly a Walter... Cheers Koke..

Love your videos KM. Have you tried out worms for perch?
Tight lines buddy.
I was about to try some worms the other day as I had some in my fridge. When I opened them, though, they had liquefied...I'll have to grab some more. I remember catching tonnes of perch in softwater on worms as a kid.
