looks like a good time, will have to do a trip north sometime , sounds like fish are on better this year as well. Great report and pic's
Thanks fishon, this year was comparable to two years ago with lots just under the slot and if you were lucky one or two over. Just a great time of the year to get away for a few days.

Great trip Rap, I’d dearly love to copy your numbers. A fish fry alway seals the deal for me. Appreciate the porn. So I guess your count down is something like 365 days and counting? Cheers bro
Great trip Chevy, action similar to two years ago. Couple of keepers made for a good fish fry, always a bonus. Countdown must be close for you now, good luck up there hope you land a couple of keepers.....make sure you have a couple of pink jig heads and some stingers in your box before you leave

Hmmm, im not entirely sold on this fish being a muskie, fork isnt deep enough in the tail and the fin coloring is off imop. However its good to see the smiles, also glad to see the keeper numbers up. Alot of fish caught last year were right on the cusp of dinner, which could be the fish being kept this year.

Nice job guys!
100% it's a muskie
actually at first glance, when I looked quickly it looked like a juvenile musk cause it's such a light fish. I zoomed in close and it does look like white spots on a slightly darker background, pike.
