I want to have 2x1lb jars of tannerite go off at once and am not sure if I stack them will the percussion from one set the other one off or will I have to set them up inline so the bullet passes through both jars to set both off? Was thinking if stacked to put the bottom jar upside down so the thinner plastic is between the 2 jars. Anybody that can shed some light would be greatly appreciated... Especially if it's before 6pm tomorrow... Thanks a lot!

I have no experience with this stuff, BUT just want to say, you can bring this experiment to my place.

Do you remember how to get here?

Have done it with both methods.
A better way is to mix the two into one bigger container. Whatever happens, keep it dry. The only misfire we had was when it was pouring rain. Put a .338 through the container and it didn't go bang.
We "took out" a 3' diameter poplar tree with 7lbs mixed in a windshield washer bottle, quite impressive. Goes off with quite a bang, do not use near anything that can come back at you.

Thank you very much. And Bayliner if the experiment goes sour we may have to come to your place with the rest of the case and "figure out" what went wrong

I'm up for that.

I have some good "beer drinking" explosives too. I go through a lot of these when the noisy cottagers are around.

So 2 jars stacked on top of each other was a success! And it looks like I'm having another little boy!

And apparently he is going to have to be named Herschel Schmoikel Krustovsky (aka Krusty the Klown)
But I would like to send out a big thanks to thrillhouse and especially Mrs thrillhouse for putting together the coloured chalk package so me and Mrs hippie and little hippie could find out about little hippie #2 in a pretty awesome way!
