Entering the field, it was hard to tell. Colours of a fox but moving like a young coyote.
I realize these two don't successfully breed. Or, as a buddy says, if they meet in the field it's the fox that's "screwed"! Ha! Ha!
(Check the tail and the red of the head and shoulders....?)

I don't see any resemblance of a fox in this. 100% coyote IMO.

We did. It was red.
Body parts of a coyote. But being a youngster (smaller) and red, it may just cross someone's mind at 800 yards! It's possible..... Just say'n.
