Hi again LSO friends.
What a dam tremendous week it has been.
I was very fortunate to be invited on an all expense paid trip to Sault St. Marie that included a Salmon guided trip one day and a Walleye another.
The person that invited me was a gentleman that has a brain injury who i take out weekly on fishing outings.I escorted him and his brother in law on a five day trip,my first time there.
The first day of the trip we were told of a damn that Pink Salmon were staging. No disappointment here as we caught dozens of Pinks! My arm is still sore! Lol
We also caught a couple of Cohos later in the trip along with several Walleye and Pike! Another fascinating site while shore fishing was seeing an Atlantic Salmon spit a spoon back at my buddies face ,oh well next time around! Lol
The fishing guide we had for the two charters was perhaps one of the most knowledgable and hardest working guides i have ever come across Sorry Werner! Lol This guy never stopped, also able to troll 8 lines at a time very impressed!
Was one fantastic outing i will never forget,i will definitely be going back to the Soo one day!
Upon return,it was back at the Crappie hunt again, with the other LSO Dale.We hammered the Crappies and Bluegills! Oh man are my arms sore! Lol Lots of pics to view..Have a Crappie Day!

Wow well done Dale..

Looks like an awesome trip

I haven't seen a pink salmon is over 25 years, used to get them quite regularly in the Gbay tribs and even Lake O,.. I remember catching a beauty humpback, would have made a nice mount, but don't even have a picture of it as I recall.. Had to wait and develop the film back then.. and probably didn't center the camera and was just a picture of a tree or rocks..LOL..

Very nice and the Soo is on my bucket list..

Great trip, thanks for sharing.

Fish on my friend..
