I looked up that guy who sells the lake trolls. It said they were 14 ft long?? Did he mean 14 in.? I sent him an e-mail a couple of days ago but did not hear back. Is this someone you know personally? I assume he has a reg job and does this as a sideline---thx

Harold - I bought these from that on line shop a couple of yrs ago when going up to fish for brook trout up north. I think mine are about 14 inches long with 3 willow blades and a larger blade-like flat wight at the line end...tried them up there but we found trolling anything wasn't working for us and stuck with jigging and a bit of fly fishing...

So do you attribute your lack of success compared to Sparky as due to different location or different fishermen with different abilities? Just curious.

Harold - must be the location as you know my high skill level....no one on that lake seemed to get any trolling...

Knowing your skill level was the reason I asked the question!!

Great action Sparky, that lake will be a honey hole for years to come

Do you tip off that trailing treble with anything? Worms?

No treble hook i use 2 single hooks and a worm 18 to 24 inch behind the troll

Thanks
