Hey folks, I'm going to make a few videos talking about some of my favorite lures. When I was a kid the Rebel Crickhopper was my favorite. Here's my video of me chatting about it. Do you guys have any classic lures that you love?

For my family, it was always the "black fury" for pike. Size 3 or 4

I have a few buddies that swear by this as well.

Pearl Big O

I had to look this one up. Once I saw it I recognized it right away. I don't think I have one. Do you like it for bass or is it a "catch all" lure?

I've always used the Johnson Silver Minnow with a pork rind strip attached for pike. I do all of my fishing in the summer when the weeds are thick. I don't know how guys fish without using a weedless lure. I have a lot of lures I'd like to use but dragging treble hooks through a cabbage patch doesn't work for me. Fortunately there are variety of colors for the weedless spoons now.

Have to agree with you Longshank, every species has a favourite ..but when we talk legendary I have to mention split black and silver j-9 rapala(black and silver),one lure on a deserted island would have to be white jig - head with a mister twister tail NAND a flat fish black and silver(commonly called skunks) kick rainbows a$$e$ and great top water for many species

Got many favourites, storm chug bug, salmo perch, senkos, but after using my own homemade lure, (it’s a soft plastic jerkbait), and having a lot of great success it has become my new favourite lure, don’t have a name for it yet though
